TEXAS TAMALE sent me a huge box of goodies for review! They are very generous!
The parisables came in a cooler of sorts, frozen, with ice. It was sent UPS two day air, so everything was still frozen.

Needless to say, that night we had Mexican for dinner. I cooked the tamales in a double broiler for just a few minutes. You really just have to heat them up. You can also, heat them up in the microwave, wrapping them in wet paper towels.
Then I got out all the sauces, the chile con queso, and the salsas. We all just put the toppings on our own. We also, had chips to dip in everything. I really loved the beef tamales, with the jalepeno sauce and I used the con queso for the chips and tamales. It was just my husband, my son and I that night. We all loved the food! We’re big Mexican Food Lovers! We go to all the restaurants in our area that have original, homemade food. We don’t go to the chains. And Texas Tamale definiately is in the homemade, orginal category.
We also received some steak rub, which I used the next night and had steak on the grill. They were just delicious! I used the Bourbon Barbeque sauce on chicken the next night! We’ve had some reallly great meals with all the extras I received.
