With each post, Pedigree will donate a 17-pound bag of dry food to a shelter. You have until midnight ET on Saturday, June 30 to write your post; the donations are limited to one bag per blog up to 450 bags total. That’s a lot of kibble!

We got one of our dogs from a shelter. She’s a collie mix and that was 10 years ago! Someone had found her and 3 of her brothers and sisters in a field that someone had just abandoned. She turned out to be a very sweet, loving dog!
