Healthy Pork Chop Rice and Broccoli #Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Cut Up No Bones Pork Chops
  • Knorrs Broccoli Rice (Or any you want)
  • Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Teasp Flaxseed Oil on the meat
  • 1 Tablesp Ginger
  • 1 Tablesp Turmeric
  • 1 teasp chili pepper
  • 1 C Beef Broth
  • ¼ C Almond Milk
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat Oven to 350
  2. Put the broth and milk in a baking pan
  3. Add the Rice
  4. Sprinkle the spices all over, except Flaxseed Oil
  5. Then add the pork chops
  6. Sprinkle the Flaxseed Oil on the meat
  7. Add the cheese
  8. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
