Skyview Atlanta Opened Today (Well in 2013)
This 20-story ferris wheel has 42 air conditioned/heated gondolas. The view must be amazing! I can’t wait to ride this. It goes 200 feet above Atlanta’s skyline. The Ferris wheel is located on Centennial Olympic Park Drive and Luckie Street.
Each passenger car features a special UV coating along with non-reflective glass, superb for picture taking and video recording. And each one is air-conditioned and heated for winter!
Originally Skyview was in Paris, then Switzerland for a little while, and then it went to Pensacola, FL. Now we have it here in Atlanta!
The ride will go around 4 times and last approximately fifteen minutes. The new Atlanta Attraction is expected to draw anywhere from 1,000 to 3,000 passengers a day, but can handle up to 10,000 people per day.
The Ferris Wheel will be equipped with a spectacular light show by the same company that does the light show for the Eiffel Tower in Paris! Now that’s pretty impressive!

Adult – $13.50+tax ($14.45)
Senior – $12.15+tax ($13.00)
Military – $12.15+tax ($13.00)
Child – $8.50+tax ($9.10)
* Children under 3 ride free
There must be an adult in one with children.
The Hours -
Sunday to Thursday from 10am to 10pm
Friday and Saturday 10am to 11pm
