Shredded Beef Taco #Recipe
We love mexican food and I tried this recipe and everyone really loved it! My husband even said I should always make tacos like this! He doesn’t compliment my cooking all that much. So I was pretty happy!
These are the easiest, most delicious tacos I’ve made.
You could also use soft tacos with this beef recipe. I’m going to do that next time. And probably use Enchilada sauce.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 – 2 lb. Roast
1 Jar Salsa (I use Chi’s Chi’s Medium)
1/2 Onion
1 teasp Italian Seasoning
Sea Salt
Pepper
Jalapenos (Optionanl)
All you do is put the roast in the crock pot, pour the salsa over it, slice the onion up and cook it on low for about 8 hours.
Really easy, huh?
I don’t know if you think this looks good, but believe me, it really is!
ENJOY!

This is so easy! I’m going to keep this recipe on hand when I need The Hardworking Husband to make dinner. He likes to keep it simple when he’s making dinner for both of us. Thanks for sharing at Saturday Dishes.
