You can interchange the position of the device and the notepad and the case is foldable to allow it to be a stand for the iPad in several configurations.  I really like how you can stand it up and watch videos or read.  And the half way standing position is great for typing at my desk.  It’s much easier to use that way.

 

This is a great, protective case. It closes magnetically and the device is held in place with four elastic bands. The outside is padded in the back and has a hard exterior. I have one for my iPad Mini and it’s the best case I’ve had.   It’s easy to use and I love changing designs .
