Heart Surprise Cupcakes
These cupcakes have a pink heart surprise inside them!
These are perfect for Mother’s Day and Valentines Day!
They’re not hard to make so if you want to try, I’m putting the recipe on here.
Heart Surprise Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 Red Cake Mix (I used Strawberry)
- 1 White Cake mix
- Eggs, water, oil as Per Cake Mix Directions
- Heart Cookie Cutter - Kind of small
- White Icing (I used Cream Cheese)
- Red Sugar Sprinkles
Directions
- Bake the red cake mix first in a 9 x 13 pan
- Let it cool completely. To take it out of the pan I cut it in half.
- Cut out hearts with the cookie cutter one at a time
- Mix the white cake mix up.
- Put about 2 tsp white cake mix in the cupcake paper
- Place the heart down in and spoon white cake mix over it. (The heart does stick out a little, so just cover it)
- Then bake the normal time
- For the Frosting
- I used a can of Cream Cheese Icing
- And Tip #16 and just piped it on
- That\\\'s it! ENJOY!
