Make-Ahead Potatoes (Mashed)
Make the day before and have fresh, hot mashed potatoes the next day for dinner!
This recipe was in my mom’s box. I’ve never made them before and now I want to all the time! They’re just so good!
These are the ingredients for this recipe. And, of course potatoes. I forgot those for the picture. lol
This is just a photo of the potatoes ready for the refrigerator, before they’re baked.

Make these a day ahead and have fresh, hot potatoes for dinner the next day!

Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes cooked, drained
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 4 tsp Butter
- ½ t Garlic Salt (To Taste)
- 2 Cups Evaporated Milk
- Dash Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Mash the potatoes with the Evaporated Milk
- Add Cream Cheese
- Add Butter, Garlic Salt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Put them in a 13 x 9" baking dish and cover with Aluminum Foil
- Place in refrigerator until you're ready to make dinner
- Pre-heat over to 325 and
- Bake for 30 Mins.
- Increase to 375 and bake another 30 Mins.
- ENJOY!
