#Easter Flower Cupcakes Decorating And #Recipe

My friend and I made some cupcakes today and these are the ones I decorated.

 

 

These Easter flowers, one chocolate, one white are the bigger cupcakes. After baking, I just piped some green frosting on them for the base.  I used the Wilton tip #352 for the petals.  If you look closely you can see on the yellow one, the sharp tip is at the bottom of each petal.  On the peach colored one, just turn the tip the other way and the sharp tip is closest to the middle.

 

 

 

I used the Royal Icing for these and the recipe is below.  There’s a print button in the upper left corner.  As you can see, the top cupcake just has an Oreo for the center.  On the one below the top is just made with a small tip and I just  piped some icing on keeping it in the middle.

 

 

 

The tips we used for these flowers are usually used to make leaves. But they made perfect flowers, don’t you think?

Directions:

• Stir everything together except the sugar.

• Then add sugar and beat with mixer on low until it’s all combined

 

These Easter cupcakes are pretty and will be great for Easter.  And they taste pretty good too. (I’m sure they’ll be gone in no time).
