Rice & Chicken, Cheese, and Broccoli Casserole #Recipe
This is my own recipe with a couple different ingredients. It turned out really delicious so I thought I’d share with everyone.
I didn’t have enough white rice so I had to substitute Cajun for half of the rice. And I also used a different kind of soup.

This is a chicken and rice, cheese, broccoli recipe with a couple different ingredients. It turned out really good.

Ingredients
- 3 or 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup Minute Rice Uncooked
- 1 Package of Cajun (Uncle Ben's Ready Rice) Uncooked
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- ½ Cup Velveeta, cut up
- 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheese or more if you'd like
- 1 Package Frozen Broccoli
- 1⅓ Cups Water
Instructions
- I boiled the chicken until done. About 30 minutes, depends on how big they are.
- Then put the minute rice and Cajun rice in baking dish
- Add 1⅓ Cups Water
- Put the Celery soup in next
- Then add the cut up velveeta
- I cut up the chicken some, then put it in on top of the rices
- Then cover the top with the shredded cheese
- Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes
- Then ENJOY!
