Fritos Casserole #Recipe
We all ( my family) like Mexican food a lot. I usually make tacos and burritos.
So I tried to come up with something a little different. I used to make a dish something like this a long time ago. I just kind of forgot about it. So this time I used Chili Cheese Fritos. It’s so easy to make and doesn’t take long.
The fritos casserole came out very good. We all liked it! Every bit of it was gone, so I’m happy with it.

My son always wants to get Taco Bell. So today I told him we were going to have this instead. He loves to eat their food. I mean, its ok, but I’d rather have homemade. Do your kids love to eat there? He actually really liked this. And after dinner we took a ride out by the lake. (Lake Lanier) It’s only a few minutes away. We had a good time, talking in the car, then getting out and looking at the beautiful scenery at the lake.
