When we went up to rent a car for vacation, my husband and I had a choice. As soon as we saw this one, we wanted it. It has so much room inside I couldn’t believe it! And the trunk is huge! There was 4 people and 2 dogs going, so we needed as much room as possible.

It’s been a while since we were in a brand new car. So all the features were a surprise to us. Fortunately, we’re now in a position to start looking and get a brand new one!

The safety features on this car are amazing! I had no idea! When I got in to drive I went to put the key in to start the car. There was no place to put it! I told my husband to come here and look at this! He said well, just push Start. And yes that was it! No key is needed. It just has to be inside the car. Then I went to back up and on the dashboard I could see behind me. I didn’t even have to turn around. It’s just so much easier to back up this way! So then I pulled out and started driving.

I immediately felt how smooth the ride was and how easy it was to drive. I’d go over a bump and not even feel it. Then I went to change lanes and I put my blinker on and turned around to look if any car was beside me, and I saw on the door mirror there’s a signal that comes up if someone is there! So no more having to turn around and no more getting honked at because there’s a car in your blind spot! I was amazed!

When I got home, we both sat in the car, looking at all the features and checking in the book. The radio has SiriusXM Satellite and you can listen to any type of music or sports you want! It also has bluetooth for your cell phone. And a USB port.

Another feature I really like is right in front of the driver is a display that tells you exactly what speed you’re going. That way you don’t have to try to read the speedometer. That always took me too long on older cars. It has a color Driver Information Center.

It also has 2 auxiliary 12-volt power outlets. They’re located in front of the console and inside it. The lighting is cool too, it has theater dimming. And when you exit the car the lights on the glove box and trunk stay on for a minute. OnStar is another great feature.

At one point I looked at something out my side window, and an alarm went off, I was getting too close to the car in front of me that had suddenly stopped! Well, I was just in awe of this feature. You see, my son is 15 and has his permit. So any car we get he’ll be driving. So the more safety features, the better!

This amazing car has 10 air bags, frontal and knee for driver and front passenger, side-impact seat-mounted and roof rail for front and rear outboard seating positions! I just have to have all these safety features on the car we get next! And that’s not far off!
