S’mores Cupcakes Recipe
This recipe is for 12 cupcakes. I didn’t know how they were going to turn out, so that’s all I made. Now I wish I would have made all 24.
My son wanted me to make S’mores cupcakes, so I took it on. The recipe I came up with worked really well. We all love them!
The sign I have behind some of these photos I found at Michael’s Craft store. It was just so cute, so I wanted to use it. I have 3 dogs and love them all so much!
I’m so glad I started this baking and cooking, lately. I love trying new recipes and all the decorating. I just wish I could get better at making them all look pretty. I’ve seen so many awesome decorations on cakes and all on the internet. Especially, Pinterest! Don’t you love that platform?
I hope you’re not bored with all these photos. I just didn’t know which ones to use, so I picked 3 of them. I have more. lol When you cook and post it, do you take a lot of pictures, then choose the best ones? I have a little light box studio now from Photojojo. I can’t wait to use that.

These S'mores Cupcakes are easy to make and delicious! If you like s'mores,or cupcakes with chocolate, you'll love these! I used half of the cake mix, so I could just make 12. If you're making all 24, you should double all the ingredients.

Ingredients
- These ingredients are just for half the cake mix. 12 Cupcakes
- 1 Chocolate Cake Mix
- Eggs and oil according to directions
- ½ Small Jar Marshmellow Cream
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 Tablesp Melted Butter
Instructions
- Mix your cake mix according to box directions.
- Mix the Graham Cracker Crumbs with the 2 Tablsp of Melted Butter
- Put the marshmellow Cream and Cream Cheese together with a mixer until well blended
- Then place about a teaspoon of the Graham Cracker Crumbs in each cupcake baking cup and push around the bottom to cover it.
- Spoon about a teasp of the cake mix over the crumbs
- Then spoon a teasp or so of the marshmellow mix in
- Then fill with the cake mixture
- Bake according to directions
If you want to make the chocolate frosting yourself, there’s a recipe for that here. Of course, you can buy it if you want.
I hope you enjoy these cupcakes as much as we did! I just love this marshmellow and cream cheese filling! We ate all 12 of them in three days! That’s fast for us. Now we’ll have to do some extra excersing. lol
