Twix Ice Cream Recipe
This Twix ice cream recipe turned out great! It goes perfect with the Twix Cake I made.
I made both of these for my daughter’s birthday.

This Twix Ice Cream Recipe is yummy! It goes perfect with the Twix Birthday Cake I made. It has homemade caramel in it!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 10 Mini Twix Bars, Chopped up finely
- ⅓ C Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping
- ¼ C Caramel (I made some with Sweetened Condensed Milk) See how at the bottom of the recipe.
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form in large bowl.
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk and butter in.
- Stir in Twix pieces and fold in whipped cream.
- Add toppings and stir around.
- Place the ice cream in a plastic container and freeze for at least four hours. Stir it some, and serve! Enjoy!
If you want to make homemade caramel, take a can of Sweetened Condensed Milk and place it in a pan of water, filled almost to the top of the can. Let it cook for around 4 hours. You have to keep adding water. After 2 or 3 hours, stir it. When it gets thick like caramel, it’s done!
