My son and husband don’t always like different recipes, but they both liked this. You’ll see in the photos, I made a little bit the way I always did, in case they didn’t want the new kind. But they did!

This Italian Parmesan Meatloaf really is the best I've ever eaten. I love almost all Italian food. In fact I've never tasted any I don't like. The sauce, the melted cheese, it's just so yummy.

Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Hamburger
- ½ lb. Ground Turkey
- 2 Eggs
- ½ C Bread Crumbs
- ¼ C Uncooked Oatmeal
- 1 teasp Basil
- 1 teasp Thyme
- 1 teasp Oregeno
- 1 teasp Garlic Salt
- 1 teasp Italian Herb Spice
- ½ Onion, Chopped
- ½ teasp A1 Dry Rub
- 1 teasp Worchestershire Black Pepper
- ½ teasp Salt & Pepper
- ¼ C Parmesan Cheese
- ⅓ C Parmesan Shredded
- 1 C Marinaro Sauce (I used Bertelli)
- ½ C or So Mozerella Shredded Cheese
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 380 (That's just what mine needed) Yours might only need 350.
- Mix everything together, except the Mozerella.
- Put Marinaro on top
- As you can see I shaped it into three sections. The smallest just has ketchup and brown sugar on the top. (My old way)
- If you just make one, it may take longer to bake. I baked these for 60 mins.
- Take out and put Mozerella on top and broil for just 2-4 mins.
