They use a great method of cleaning. They use hot water extraction, referred to as steam cleaning; which removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely.

A special cleaning solution is injected deep within the carpet fibers with hot water. Then, a powerful solution extracts deep down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 90% of the moisture. This is the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufactures.

The Dry time usually takes about 8-24 hours for the carpet to completely dry and it depends on humidity, temperature and air flow in the room. Sometimes, using fans and turning air conditioning and heating systems on, depending on the time of the year, can help accelerate drying time.

Vacuuming is recommended before the technician gets there.

They do move some light furniture, however, there are several items we don’t move, such as china cabinets, waterbeds, some large beds, dressers and mirrors, electronics, pianos, etc.

It only takes approximately 20 minutes per room. This times varies depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is and any necessary spot removal treatments.
