Snowflake Cookies for “Frozen” I couldn’t find a snowflake cookie cutter and it was too late to order one online. These are for my granddaughter’s birthday. So I used a star cutter. Half the cookies are blue because they’re cotton candy and the white ones have cotton candy flavored Royal Icing
