Keep Pets Inside – A Polar Hurricane – Video

The coldest air in almost 20 years is sweeping over the central U.S. toward the East Coast.

The forecast is extreme: 32 below zero in Fargo, N.D.; minus 21 in Madison, Wis.; and 15 below zero in Minneapolis, Indianapolis and Chicago.

Wind chills could drop into the minus 50s and 60s!

Frostbite within ten minutes will happen! Please keep all pets inside! Report any you see out! Please! I can’t stand the thought of any animals being left outside in this. It would be pure torture, then death.
