Best Vacation Spots #1 – Myrtle Beach Videos & Prices
This is #1 in a series of posts. If you’re going on vacation soon, you’ll want to look at some of these places. They are great for kids and adults.
This video is a view of Myrtle Beach from our hotel last year. Next month, in May we’re going back. This time we found an actual beach house to rent, for not much more!
The prices below are still good for 2015!
This Gif is photos of when we were there last year.
There’s a lot to do at Myrtle! I have some listed here, but there’s more, also!
We go to Myrtle Beach almost every year. I love the beach! I could just sit out there all day every day! So the first place is guess where? Yep, Myrtle!
Someone was fishing on the beach and here’s what he pulled in: A Stingray!

Myrtle beach has a Seaside Amusement Park, Family Kingdom. They have rides there for all ages. Roller coasters, merry go-round and so much more! Across the street is a water park with a LOT of water slides! It’s called Splashes!
As you can see from these videos, this place looks awesome! Family Kingdom has over 35 rides. And now in 2014, you can enjoy interactive bouncing on the Jump Around Dune Buggies, and swoop and fly your way through the sky on Magic Bikes. They also have go-karts and bumper cars.
The Pricing is as follows: If you don’t ride, you don’t pay!
Best Value: Amusement Park and Water Park Combo Pass – $36.95 (plus tax) All day ride wristbands can be used on the same day or on different days – you decide! 2014 Combo Pass includes 1 Amusement Park All Day Unlimited Ride Wristband and 1 Splashes Water Park All Day Unlimited Ride Wristband. Each wristband valid any one day during the 2014 season.
Amusement Park:
All Day Unlimited Ride Wristband Adults and Children – $26.95 (plus tax) Individual Ride Tickets are also available for $1.15 plus tax each and range from 2 to 5 tickets per ride. (See park for specific ride costs.)
Splashes Water Park: All Day Unlimited Ride Wristband Adults and Children over 48″ tall – $21.95 (plus tax) Children under 48″ tall – $18.95 plus tax.
This is just one activity they have at Myrtle Beach. You can go on a Dolphin Cruise, Sea Thunder is one place to call for that or book online. Blue Wave Adventures looks like another good one. I haven’t been on either of these. They’re just ones I found to show you. I recommend making a reservation if you decide to do this. You can rent scooters, motorbikes, golf carts and these cute little cars. We did that one year, rented the little car. It’s small and doesn’t go fast. I can’t find it on the internet. Of course you can fish anywhere. It’s really fun when you go out on the pier for that. It’s so far out and you can see some great things sometimes. One time we saw some baby sharks getting caught out there. People rent bicycles too. They have those long Banana ones too. They sit low to the ground. There’s lots of things to do that don’t cost much, some are even free. They have outdoor concerts, miniature golf, fireworks and Myrtle Beach State Park. There’s just a lot to do at Myrtle Beach. This site has a lot more info!
