Low Calorie Banana Bread
This has some calories, yes, but it’s low! There’s no sugar except in the topping.
It’s delicious! I’ve never made banana bread before.
In my weight loss journey, I look for recipes every day. I found this one in a cook book I have and then I made it low fat. So I don’t feel guilty eating it. If you don’t want it low calorie, just use the regular, instead of light and use sugar instead of Truvia. I use Truvia in my tea and a lot of things.
Truvia is the best sweetener I could find. There’s no after taste and when it’s in anything, it makes it taste sweet. I just love it! From what I can figure out this is a little over 100 calories per slice.
You won’t believe how good this is! I can’t hardly stop eating it!
I have to go exercise now, so here’s the recipe:
