Protein Pumpkin Pie Smoothie – Weight Loss
If you like pumpkin pie, you’ll definitely like this!
Plus it’s great for helping us lose weight!
Just mix these ingredients in your blender and enjoy!
2 tbsp protein powder (whey or egg white)
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk (I used Almond Milk)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice
The protein and flaxseed oil help your metabolism and this keeps you feeling full. It’s also very good! I think everyone will like it!
Are you also on a weight loss journey, like me? I’d love to hear any tips you have! I exercise every day, too. I just do floor exercises, like touch-your-toes, sit ups, squats and more (I don’t know what they’re called lol) I also have 3 pound weights I use too. So far, in less than two weeks, I’ve lost seven pounds! How have you been doing?
